Glenys, a native Spanish speaker from Venezuela, brings a unique blend of academic excellence and teaching expertise to her role at SpanishBlackbelt. She holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from Colorado State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Central de Venezuela.
With her impressive educational background, Glenys excels in fostering deep and engaging conversations with her students, making even advanced topics accessible and enjoyable. Her approachable and non-intimidating teaching style creates a comfortable environment where students feel confident exploring the Spanish language and culture at their own pace.
Prior to joining SpanishBlackbelt, Glenys gained extensive experience as a freelance Spanish tutor, university professor, coach, and manager specializing in advanced learning, consulting, and human development.
Currently based in Orlando, FL, Glenys teaches Spanish to adults, teens, and organizations. Her dedication to her students’ success and her ability to connect on both a personal and intellectual level make her a standout educator for learners of all levels.
