''I don't know that the problem is the "tutor" but rather your program, the material covered in each chapter, the numerous mistakes, the unreasonable amount of homework to be done in each of the two chapters, and the change to [*] the students "figure out" the instruction to do their homework, then produce what they "thought" they were supposed to be doing VERSUS [*] the tutor "teach" the material in an inspiring, motivational, thoughtful, effective and purposeful way.
