''Glenys is an exceptional tutor! She is very knowledgable and patient. She makes the material easy to understand and applicable to my objectives for learning Spanish. ''
'' A mix of conversation and grammer. Kept us on certain areas until she felt we had nailed it. ''
''Glenys is very personable, cares about us as a class, is prepared. She sees what our strengths and weaknesses are as a group and modifies as needed. She is very patient. She incorporates videos and a few extra activities that support and strength the SBB program. She is very flexible with scheduling. I like Gleyns!
(To note: In #15 I just said "about the same" as it has been years and years since I took a class. Those were in high school and college. So it's really comparing apples to oranges.''
''Glenys was especially great at offering corrections during conversation. I appreciated how much of a chance everyone had to speak, and with a big variety of asking questions, answering questions, reading what weâd written and revisiting last weeks lesson. ''
''She's very kind and patient in her approach!''
''I thought Glenys did a great job knowing when to let grammar mistakes slide, and when to drill down to help us improve''
''Excellent at keeping the class flowing, listening to students, pausing for questions: excellent "classroom" management. She gave plenty of time for the students to speak, and never dominated the time. She was kind to all students. She balanced grammar with activities. Overall, great class, great teacher.''
''This tutor was kind and attentive to the wide variety of needs of the students.
I have never taken a Spanish class before so I can not compare. There was not choice for Not Applicable so I picked About the Same''
''I loved how Glenys only spoke in Spanish for the most part. It made our time more immersive and encouraged us to do the same.''
''She was attentive to my needs and progress. She varied the lessons with discussion, video, and exercises.''
