''Profesora Patricia Jaramillo is amazing. She finds a way to keep me motivated and challenged. She is prepared for every class and focuses on my specific needs and weaknesses. I cannot imagine taking this journey without her by my side.'' ''She encouraged and supported me, plus she kept things interesting.'' ''Patricia was incredibly professional and sparked my curiosity in Spanish. She continued to be supportive and push me to try speaking more consistently despite needing some time to form my thoughts and responses.
She did a fantastic job of preparing me for conversations and had excellent suggestions for ways to improve day to day in my spanish journey. Absolutely phenomenal tutor who quickly adapted based on my speed in learning.'' ''Patiricia is very encouraging and patient. She explains things very well and ensures the entire class understands before moving on to new lessons.'' ''She was able to help me comprehend details of learning Spanish and how to implicate it into my real life situations.'' ''I cannot compare because she is my first tutor. However she is an ex-cellent tutor . She gives us a lot of encouragement, and pushes us to practice as much as possible. She is very good in explaining concepts.'' ''I especially appreciated Patricia's curiosity about how we preferred to learn Spanish (especially since she took over mid-term). Patricia encouraged us to both speak and listen to her thoughts on different topics, which helped improve listening comprehension. She also prepared some additional exercises to practice some trickier concepts.'' ''She engaged the students personally, connected the students with one another, had a clear voice and was easy to understand when speaking spanish'' ''Patricia was very patient and encouraging as I put together sentences in Spanish-- I felt more comfortable trying to speak the language than I did in group classes I've taken before. She's personable and has a good sense of humor so I liked talking to her, which helps a lot! She got me talking about things actually happening in my life and the world and taught me the additional vocab I needed to do that. And she seemed to care about what I said not just whether I said it correctly. She's great!'' ''Give us situations in which we were conversing totally in Spanish.''Page 1 of 5
